The purpose of this content is to achieve good quality requirements for the Exam Invigilator role, and to provide the knowledge needed to fulfill this role. It is also to achieve the quality requirements contained in the self-assessment tool according to the NDQ Competence Assurance Degrees, and through it contribute to greater legal certainty in courses, educations, as well as examinations, both formative and
summative.

If you will only be an exam invigilator for paper exams, it is still recommended to read through all modules in order to get full authorization for your organization which follows NDQ Quality Assurance Degrees and have full competence in the handling process for test and examination occasions.

The content is laid out in an examination process according to the following modules, with a Quiz - self test at the end for quality-assured competence:

📗 Exam invigilator introduction - different roles during examinations

📘 Before examination

📓 During examination

📙 After examination

📕 Checklist for online implementation

📒 Checklist for exam administration organizations

🖥️ Digital examinations

Quiz - self test

Going through the content will take about 1-2 hours, and when you’ve passed the quiz on the last page you are considered to have authorization as an exam invigilator both on site and virtually according to the NDQ Competence Assurance Degrees as seen in the matrix below:

Exam invigilator: Person who starts, supervises and ends the test/examination. Should have the right knowledge about conducting the exam/test - independent and impartial in relation to those/the things being tested.
